Destabilize the enemy. Make 'em sweat. Make 'em lose sleep. Make 'em look over their shoulders all the time and run for their Xanax prescriptions and their Pepto Bismol and a whole buncha stiff drinks to drown out the growing paranoia. Make 'em start panicking. Throw them OFF their game, and watch them start making mistakes.

This IS war, after all. Don't ever forget it with these people. And like Mad-Eye Moody always warned Harry Potter - "CONSTANT VIGILANCE!!!!"
