12. Here's my take - given the number of people out there smoking marijuana,
it only makes sense that there are a lot of people smoking while driving. If they were weaving or otherwise driving impaired, I'd expect them to be stopped and an arrest to be made. I've never heard of this happening, which suggests that marijuana smoking drivers are no worse than the rest of us!
