powerful. They have sent it to be examined to try to find better treatments for those it is used against. People saying it's dangerous just to handle ... breathing difficulties, etc. just removing it from the plastic bag. Companies mentioned are Federal Laboratories -, Combined Tactical Systems ... I wish I had a transcript of this video.
