Do any "older" DUers remember- 1960's CBS(?) Nationwide Civics Test?

There was a nationwide "Civics Quiz" on one of the networks in the mid '60's and it had a book that was sent out before the test and i remember the art work and that it helped to make me aware at a tender age of the world around me.

Does anyone my age, 50 and older, remember this? I tried to Google it to no result. Probably if I had the proper title and network it was on I would have more luck.

Please help if you can and thank you in advance!
