15. The establishment is the oligarchy
The state has fused with Wall Street and other powerful financial interests.
They are one and the same.
There will be no support for OWS coming from the establishment (other than Bernie Sanders and a few others).
Some call it state monopoly capitalism.
Others call it an oligarchy.
But it is what it is.

Nobody in Washington is going to jeopardize their bribe money to support a peoples uprising.
