I told my boss that stand in my front yard for $100 and I'll push my tv up to the window. :)

I live close enough that the main street outside my subdivision will be backed up with traffic for it. There are still ways to get around. I won't be able to go north of the stadium very easily for a few days, but it can usually be avoided.
