That would help. Is he standing in front of the woman? Is he next to the sailor in uniform?

I can see the cop is holding something. I can't tell that it's a shot gun. I can see that he backs up, that the other cops don't move, but I can't see him flinging anything.

I do notice the smoke or tear gas billowing behind the police. I remember from another vid, somebody threw one of the teargas canisters back into the police, or threw a smoke bomb. The "smoke" gets denser here as the time progresses. So, this has to have been immediately after that. Could it have been Olson who threw it back? If it was, you have proof of motive the cop had, and why he fired especially at him, using his "non-lethal" weapon in a lethal way, and why he then maliciously threw tear gas around him to keep anyone from helping.

This guy is a criminal and a tremendous asshole. He belongs in prison.
