You shall know them by their works... That amount of money could have opened a food kitchen in every major city in America and funded it for decades!!! I jest not! 200 city food kitchens at an operating budget of a half million a year would only be 100 million a year, and the interest on 1.2 billion would be a large return each year. Ms Walton sounds batty!
