40. I like this point very much. Not all conspiracies are false. Not all equivalencies are false. The
NEEDED tasks are to figure out which are which, so in regard to conspiracies, the questions are about conspiracy to do what and (something I was thinking about relative to 9/11) how intentions can be nested in a hierarchy, thus providing plausible deniability to all participants.
