Had they caught and killed him, I seriously doubt we would have pushed for 'justice'. The Libyan revolutionaries are their own entity. They are not bound by US law and they're yet to sign any international treaties. If they choose to take action against the shooter, that's their business. It doesn't matter what any of us think about it.
