41. Not sure I agree with listing the Cold War as being "at" war.

it certainly ran up our military spending and built the MIC a hell of a lot but we weren't sending people off into battle, and that's a god chunk of years. Still, I agree with the sentiment. We have been at war for far too many years.

On the other hand, what about all our military involvement in Central America? May not have been declared war but neither was Iraq if I'm not mistaken.
