I noticed some of these "tips" might also apply to anyone on foot within shouting distance of a Bank of America branch:

- Carry purses close to the body.
- Wallets and cash are best kept in a front pocket.

BofA's latest fleecing tactic is to impose a $60 per year debit card fee on account holders. There are other banks doing this and more will certainly follow. This policy change is being enacted not merely for its direct revenue infusion, but as a means to coerce their customers into using their bank credit cards with even more exhorbitant fees and interest rates. Not too shabby! This will add up to billions for BofA. Ching-Ching! Safety tip propaganda notwithstanding, the real threat resides inside the institution / building, and not with the victims of its policies.
