31. I deal with them also and they don't set policy and you know that.
When W took over there were Clinton, Bush I and Reagan era career people at DOJ. When Obama took over there were Bush I, Clinton, and Bush II people there. So what. They don't make policy decisions. They just carry out the orders. The people making policy are all Obama appointees.
