It's a connecticut show by LIsa Wexler, who's usually middle/left, but intelligent, informed and reasonable.

She had most of the message right but messed up on a statement about the originators, so, I called to clarify.

My take is that this is a mixed group of patriots who know wall street has subverted our democracy and is ruining the american dream. I said it's not republican against democrat, but multi-national corporations against our representative government.

I also got in how they're rigging the election with the photo id requirements and she agreed with me that it's not american.

She also made the insinuation that the homeless were being gathered up to fill the ranks, and I didn't let that stand. I said they looked haggared and sloppy because they're living in the streets without laundry or showers. That stopped that train of thought.

She did say that it's a real american revolution and it's well deserved, with all the political corruption by wall street.

She asked me a couple more questions about Bloomberg, and she noted that he's obviously on the corporatist's side.

I hope it helped. Thanks to everyone who's down there. I'm a little too old and feeble to join in, but at least I can pick up the phone.
