as a big fan of herbal healing and homeopathy, which has worked for my family for years, i began reading your post with affection. such a genuinely kind post, filled with positive energy and love. i appreciate that.
however, as ava's mom, i was a bit shocked when my brain and eyes played a trick on me- for just a moment (only long enough to give me a good laugh), i thought you wrote:
Apply to your wrists and wrap with gauze wrapping
and sleep with the police overnight.
