Actually, that was likely not his first offense either. The city needs to stop looking the other way with these psycho cops.

I don't know what percent of NYC cops are psycho like this, maybe 1% maybe 20%. Other cops complain that they get a bad name from these guys. Maybe these other cops need to start busting these psycho assholes if they want to clear their names.
