| 75. A friend of mine and I were driving in a city we were visiting. |
|
We asked around for where the best hole in the wall mexican restaurants were and went down to this area that was wall to wall no english spoken hear culinary delight and stuffed ourselves silly. It was a great meal, late at night, in a semi- dodgy neighborhood. Driving back to our hotel, we stopped at a stop sign, signalled and turned right and then were pulled over in about 1 block. The cop came up to the window and asked for license and registration and asks what we were doing in the area, I tell him and he seems doubtful. Then says he stopped me because he saw us in the area and there was a prostitute on the street a couple blocks back. So I asked him," you mean to tell me you pulled me over for no reason, because you knew there was a prostitue on a street back there, why the heck would you not be stopping her instead of me?" with that he said "have a good day sir" and walked away. Know your rights. http://www.aclu.org/national-security/know-your-rights-...
