21. I agree -- I think it would have been much different because
he knows the Players better -- in DC and Internationally. He was my first choice -- my "plan" was to have a Biden/Obama ticket so Obama could get his chops during the Biden presidency and slide into the WH in 2016. :7

BUT -- not Joe, or anybody else, could have garnered the world-wide support and enthusiasm that Obama did, and we sure needed that after Bush had help us to become even MORE globally loathed.

It would have been interesting watching him and McCain because they ARE friends, and Joe is excruciatingly loyal.

I also think if the American people would have LISTENED to him, as they would have had to had he gotten the nomination, they'd be won over like I was.

But since it didn't turn out well for Joe, I'm very glad and reassured he's the VP. I know Obama listens to him (like he took time to weigh Joe's advice to NOT surge in Afghanistan) and I'm sure he's been invaluable to O thus far.
