13. Delete the patent initiative, it is a pure distraction. Abandon new trade deals
and focus on ending or correcting the crappy deals we have now.

Get serious about infrastructure investment, start by laying out the the true scope of our problems by hitting the major points of the infrastructure report card from the Oval Office, then hit the road deep in TeaPubliKlan territory and hammering their Mayors, state legislators, Governors, Reps, and Senators for the state of their sewers, water mains, rail, bridges, roads, high speed internet, and electrical grid.
I'd appeal to exceptionalisim stating that we have fallen from first in the world to 37th and slipping in infrastructure. Point out that this is a serious hamper on our ability to compete globally as well as to our national security.
I'd point out the myriad of dangers to our citizens from falling bridges to economics to freezing in the winter, heat stroke in the summer, ever increasing cost of basic services, bad water, sewage seeping into the compromised water supply and so on.

I'd countermand Reagan's work program ban and present a serious proposal to bring America up to code in four years and a ten year plan to modernize, particularly energy and rail. I'd outline a mixed delivery method that would be both centralized and independently organized. We set up panels and windmills on every property that can take advantage of them creating a level of energy independence not just for our nation but for individual families. I'd promote gray water systems for more efficient use of fresh water and encourage cisterns for freshwater.

I would push for unemployment extensions to be made permanent and settle for indexing them to the unemployment rate rather than another hand to mouth extension.

I would start to explain that our tax rates and structure that encourages hoarding takes money out of the economy and kills jobs to begin weaving a narrative for serious tax code changes.
