Prison would do and be well deserved. Society would be much safer with those perps behind bars.

Here's what they've already lost. News Corp had a lock on buying the 61% outstanding of BSkyB. They had to give that up because of the scandal. It's a huge loss in future revenues.

They will ever see that $5.9 billion, ever. If they'd acquired it, which may have been by now, they would have gone from
a $32 billion to a $38 billion company. That has to hurt. Now they may lose the revenues from the 39% they currently own.
