This president doesn't seem to care if Democrats win or not. Which is why now so many people will not be working on the presidential campaign,

And even less to do with reality.

I'm sure that Maxine was angry. Everyone is angry. The black people in that room were angry as hell. But at HER and the other members of Congress, not at Obama which is the point of this OP.

And Waters and Conyers have expressed anger, which is fine. That's part of their job, along with crafting the bills that they criticize the president for not creating. But for every expression of anger -- most of which are reasonable and well thought out, not the knee-jerk foolishness that characterizes so much of the "criticism" of the PL -- there are many more expressions of support for this president and acknowledgment what he has achieved and what he is up against.
