16. To my knowledge President Obama is the only Democrat candidate
who has ever talked about cutting the big 3. We built these programs and have protected them ever since. This turn in policy has bothered me because it has now allowed our party to be attacked for something that we do not want and that resonates with a lot of people. I do not think the Senate would have ever allowed the cuts but just the idea that someone in our party has said it will be used against us from now on. This was a very big mistake on his part. Didn't he learn anything from boooshes little journey around the country to privatize SSA?
