2. Break up the large corporations
Make it so that companies are restricted to operating in their home state, possibly some border states (particularly if you're located in a small state). Also, if you're a US-based company, and you do most of your business in the US, then you must use US workers. Add to that the right for all workers to engage in collective bargaining.
