| 63. And making hair style a requirement and forcing that choice is unnecessary. |
|
Uniforms are clothes and you can change your clothes daily. You can't change your hair cut from day to day. Your hair is a part of your body. And the nonsense points about how it prepares people for the real life is just blather. Who knows what sorts of professions the kids who play basketball will want to go into. They may not choose professions where that will matter. They should still get to play basketball. And those who will know it, but they should still have some time to do what they like before they come to that time in their lives. It's just controlling nonsense for no reason. And it's based in outdated bullshit sexist notions that long hair is for girls and short hair is for boys. There's no reason for it.
