As some cynical pro-choicers say, many right-wing anti-abortion activists are "pro-life" from conception to childbirth, although you wouldn't know it from many of their pet politicians' dismal records concerning funding maternal and pre-natal health and nutrition programs.

I don't doubt that there are a very, very few right-wing anti-abortion activists who actually practice a more pro-choice, pro-baby stance, but they're vastly outnumbered by the more typical sort of right-wing anti-abortion politician and they're likely to be targets for would be TEA bagger politicos looking to take out RINOs for spending money on welfare cases.
