Ruler On Ice won in the slop at Delaware in his second race.
He followed that up with a solid 2nd in an inner dirt track at Aqueduct in February.
He landed the show in the Sunland Derby March 27.
Ruler on Ice has been getting better with each start.
He gained stretch ground at Pimlico and then won a five furlong race at Monmouth Park on June 4.
