The polarization of this subject is so much like the arguments of a woman's right to choose, or 'entitlements'...
It's almost a religious belief that some people hold - they decide that ALL 'drugs' are bad and don't even bother to look at facts. It's a purely emotional gut response... and it seems to fall along lines of conservatism.
personally, i could easily qualify for a medical card and use it legally here... but i am afraid of being in that database, I am afraid that somehow it will come back to haunt me...
I hope someday we can have progressive change in these laws... but I am not gonna hold my breath.
