50. I agree to some degree
people have unrealistic expections of what can be done in 10 months. Everyone has the cause they push the hardest and right now everyone is trying to push to get health care done. The problem with unrealistic expections is that they disappoint you. I listened to what Obama said during the campaign and he was clear that he won't get everything done in one year or one term.

Someone else wisely pointed out that Obama was elected with a large cross section of voters both moderately conservative to liberal. We also elected many very conservative Democrats in the Senate, which are making it difficult to hold together a majority (especially with spinless Harry Reid).

My take is in 2010 we are going to lose 25 US House seats and probably a few US Senate seats. If we barely have 60 now (Byrd has been ill, Lieberman is worthless and you have a few very conservative others), we just fell to 55 or 56.
