NO, Weprin is NOT "stupid". He should have had some of his facts better together, but he is not "stupid." Who knows, could have just been a bad moment and a "brain cramp." Can happen to anyone. It is a pretty blue area, and he is doing the right things by going on offense against this asshole RePUKE, and he has plenty of cash and union support. It is almost ALWAYS about GOTV in these special elections, and if his ground machine is in good order, he WINS. So CHILL THE HELL OUT. Thanks.
