Is Warren Buffett's Grandson Running for Congress?

Interesting tidbit from David Wasserman, House Editor for The Cook Political Report, who gives his take on Nebraska's new congressional boundaries and provides some fascinating gossip about who Democrats are floating to run for Nebraska's 2nd District seat, currently held by Republican Rep. Lee Terry:

An intriguing possibility mentioned is Howard W. Buffett, the young grandson of Warren Buffett, who was appointed director of the Defense Department's agriculture development program in Iraq and Afghanistan and recently moved back to a 400-acre farm north of Omaha.

Think he'd have any problems raising money? Wasserman rates the district "Likely Republican," but it's no sure thing for the GOP. That's because Terry has, shall we say, some behavioral issues. Last summer, Roll Call ran an article on congressional party animals which noted that Perry had been scolded by John Boehner for inappropriate behavior. In November, Perry's Democratic opponent ran a hard-hitting ad on the subject. Per Wasserman:

The ad cited a Washington newspaper's report that Terry, while partying with other GOP members, had been overheard asking a female corporate lobbyist "Why did you get me so drunk?"
