54. No, there's a big difference.
The Telegraph is a proudly and openly right-wing publication, which presents its right-wing views as "this is what the right wing thinks", and usually (although by no means always) manages to keep its coverage and its opinoin commentary separate - its standards of factual accuracy are not bad.

Fox News is a covertly right-wing media organisation that pretends to be centrist, and melds commentary, bias and distortion into its coverage.
