26. She was going to run in the primary against Jennings again in '08.
The DCCC said that they would not remain neutral in the primary, and that they were going to back Jennings again. She stuck it right up their ass, and filed as an independent.

I called her the day after she filed, and wrote her a nice check. Haven't talked in a while, but I think she's pretty much given up on politics.
