Think of this like a war and then fund appropriately.

Imagine where we'd be with even half of what we've pissed down holes just in the past ten years.

We'd probably have fucking personal Mr Fusions' if we'd been on such a plan since Carter.

As usual the scope of the problem and the investment in the solution aren't even in the same part of the world, much less the same ballpark.

We're throwing another 30 billion and however many lives down the toilet just on a supplemental.

Let's not pretend renewable energy is a first magnitude priority.

It's good but it's pretty much lip service in context of the budget.
