12. And someone making $32,000 a year are suppose to be able to squeeze
another $3080 to $5540 out of their budget?

All the bill does is increase the number of underinsured and people will continue to delay or skip care and filling prescriptions because they can't afford the out of pocket. All the while the insurance companies are collecting premiums and not paying out.
