21. I think the ad is right on target.
Everyone with at least a half a brain knows that the problem started long before Obama came to office.

However, Obama does own some of this oil spill issue by essentially keeping the same people and policies going at the agency as Bush/Cheney did. Moreover, shame on Obama as this agency had notorious problems. He should have cleaned house right away.

Obama has not been as responsive as he should have been after the oil spill as well. He couldn't find his footing.

It pretty simple. Obama's hands are not clean on this.

btw When is President Obama going to get rid of Bush's appointees at the Justice Department? Obama seems to following the same path in that department as Bush did.
