If an American makes the decision to go to a foreign country and involve themselves in plans to attack America and American troops or another country that is an American allie to commit another 9/11 then all bets are off. These Americans are counting on trying to hide behind their "American" identity to not get identified as a terrorist.

These particular Americans have done this to themselves. If they were in the U.S they would be guaranteed the protections and rights of the rest of us, a fair trial and a chance to defend themselves.
