Larchmont population is 6,485.

Yonkers is a couple hundred thousand, with a multiplicity of ethnicities and some hellacious big-city type problems. All of which the Yonkers gov't has dealt with ineptly over the decades. Nonetheless , Spencer had arguably some relevant real-world experience.

If Feld has anything to bring to be the table...experience-wise... it doesn't appear to be in the field of governance.
