Recall who it was who started the 'discussion' and what his argument is. That is, this Sigal character takes valuable shelf space to mount an argument that, on balance, the failure to actualize the progressive agenda lies with progressives more than with Obama.

Now, if the question is, is there some blame that lies with progressives, then I agree that this is partially correct. But the lion's share of blame lies squarely with Obama and, to a lesser degree, other members of his administration, since - as the Oval Office's occupant - he commands more power than anyone else on Earth.
