if there was actionable intelligence in this briefing about the crotch bomber, I am sure we will hear about it. We already have heard the President say there was a systemic failure, and he is taking action to make the system better. I do not see anything in here to suggest the President knew there would be a plot to blow up a plane over Detroit.
