Look, anybody who has traveled in Latin America knows what a "macho" culture it is. I know we are not supposed to say that because the US is the source of all racism, etc. except of course anybody who has been there knows thats BS. Hell the cab drivers in Panama yell out there cell phone numbers at women walking down the street. It's a macho culture. Faggot jokes are routine. Evo might be a great guy, but he said something mildly stupid. It's no big deal, but you look silly the way you try to create silly explanations when it's in almost certainly the obvious explanation:
