I think it is naive to assume that the corporate media would not and does not actively manipulate the left as well as the right. I have done my best to document some of the more obvious examples of how the corporate media pushes narratives to erode support for President Obama on both the left and right. It is no accident that liberals and progressives do not see the light of day on the media unless they attack President Obama. Look at Paul Krugman. He was a non-person when he was supporting the President's Health Care Reform proposals, but when he attacks the size of the stimulus, he appears on all the Sunday news shows. It is no accident.
