112. Zionists--both Jewish and Christian--have undue influence
in Washington (btw, I am a Jew). But I mostly blame Christian Zionists, especially among the repbulicons, because they see it as part of their religious obligation. The kind of support the Israeli government has among conservatives is something one never sees in Israel itself, where there's a vibrant debate about policies. But among all the republicons who ran for president in 08, there was nary a word of criticism.
