75. It's more than just an expression--it's a sexist slur
Denigration of females or the assertion of maleness as more-valued is roundly criticized by the Left when it comes from the Right. It's no less indefensible when it comes from someone on 'our' side.
This is the same kind of sexist crap we've been hearing from teabagger pols ("Put on your man pants," "Man up," etc.). Moore's doing the same thing by equating lacking courage or spine with the female gender. It's a sexist slur.
Why is it not okay to tolerate racist slurs, but okay to tolerate sexist ones and even to defend their use?
