strike many of us as "religious" (versus "spiritual", as if there's a difference) ... I'm sorry, I can't help you.
But whatever semantics you want to hang on it, mandating it by court without a secular alternative (they do exist, for people who are unconvinced by the "spiritual not religious" line, or for the Atheists who don't want to "come to believe") is a clear violation of the Establishment Clause.
