23. It is illegal to suggest how someone should vote in any way within 100 feet of a polling place,
but he didn't actually say you should vote republican. Had he mentioned a party or candidate, or proposition directly, then he should be reported and never permitted to work in a polling place again. I personally think what he said crossed the line, but did not actually break voting law because it was indirect.
