126. sounds like bullshit to me
The last dem provided progress and your bitching about the unfulfilled promises of a candidate who didn't take office?
The simple facts of this are that just like civil rights for black folk, what it comes down too is not unilateral presidential action but a ground swell of positive opinion that will make change.

I personally support full equal marriage rights for all people but im not of the opinion that Obama has shit on the heads of gays or is intentionally walking their rights backwards. For that simple opinion, i have been virtually spit on in this very forum so much that frankly i don't give a shit what happens anymore. You hear that? That's important.

I realize that equal rights SHOULDN'T be an issue for popular vote but in REALITY, it is. Just like civil rights in the 60's, you should be pulling your supporters close to you, not shoving them out the door based on a purity test.
