23. How much do you want to bet that he is.
Far too many kids are getting sent to prison, and 1 year is far too long for something so trivial, for the judge to not be getting some kind of "incentive."

:grr:

I wish there was some kind of organization routinely investigating these matters to keep judges honest. But unfortunately, big money is now infesting the judicial system, and judges are free to take it and usually there is nobody looking over their shoulder to see it or care. :(

What do they care of the lives of these kids when there is money to be made? Money is obviously so much more important! :cry:
