The middle voters are probably middle class folks so why would it appeal to them to give bailouts to big business and a cold shoulder to the middle class, so many of whom are losing their savings, their jobs, their homes?

Voters gave a resounding THUMBS DOWN to Trickle Down so why would it appeal to the middle for the administration to be its newest champion?

How can it appeal to the middle to toss out single payer before you even start debate when 70% of Americans want it?

How can it appeal to the middle to keep unpopular wiretapping, to keep Bush appointees in your administration and in regulatory positions?

How can it appeal to the middle to insist on compromise with the right wing ideals that these same middle voters rejected?

I will vigorously fight to keep Democratic control of the House and the Senate in the 2010 election but NOT for any concern over Obama. I am hopeful that the 2012 primaries will bring us a Democratic candidate and we can dump our current center-right Republican President. Bye-bye former President, Obama.

PS, if the Republicons take control of the House they will work night and day to IMPEACH. The administration and their staff will be spending all their time in court. Grid lock will be the word of the day. Every day. If the President thinks he has grey hairs now, he aint seen nothing yet!
