as good public transportation, free (or nearly so) universal health care, lengthy parental leaves, etc, do ya? Those fokkin Yurpeens don't even have the death penalty!
(they also tend to have VERY harsh penalties for drunk driving. As a result, their people tend to develop the "designated driver" habit from a very early age)
