146. I agree LWolf.
I can remember many years ago being told to clear off my desk and get such and such a book out for instruction. Somehow, I never thought that was unreasonable or a violation of my rights. But now a kid can refuse to take some sort of religious book off their desk and call it a violation of the first amendment that they were asked to do so. So what if every kid brings a different book to school and say it has religious significance for them. And why just one book? This is most likely the reason that bibles, korans, whatever, are being requested to be kept at home. I really believe the teacher is simply trying to teach and not squash anyone's faith.
